You’re done guessing what agents and casting directors want and wish someone would just hand you the proven steps to help your child stand out.
If that sounds like you, welcome - you’re in the right place.”

From my personal experience as a Momager guiding my daughter and my professional background as an Executive coach - I’ve dedicated my work to helping parents of young actors move from overwhelmed and uncertain to calm, confident, and prepared.
With over 20 years of experience in coaching, I’ve supported countless families and professionals through high-pressure, confusing situations. And as a mom of a working actress who has performed onstage with Broadway stars, appeared in 8 films and auditioned for major brands like Disney, Netflix, ABC, Home Depot, Puma, Amblin Entertainment, and Nickelodeon, I’ve lived the ups and downs of the entertainment industry firsthand.
My approach blends simple, step-by-step tools with empathy, encouragement, and real-life experience to help you avoid costly mistakes, reduce stress, and feel confident supporting your child’s acting journey. Because when you feel equipped and empowered, your child gets the best chance to shine.

"After a year plus of working with Kristina, I finally feel like I know what I’m doing. When we first started I had so many unanswered questions that I didn't feel comfortable asking or felt silly asking.
Kristina's advice helped me to feel confident that I am doing all I can to help set my daughter up for success.
Her self-tape guide for parents gave me clear, step-by-step instructions that have helped improve our self-tapes to the point that now our daughter not only has an agent, but she's also filmed movies, commercials, had multiple audition requests for full feature films with A-list actors (as well as an audition for a Broadway touring production), and has a regular role in a children's cartoon.
Kristina's coaching has been the steady support I didn’t know I needed."

"Working with Kristina has truly been a turning point for our family. From the very beginning, she helped us understand what strong headshots should look like and how to choose the right photographer.
What makes her stand out above the rest is her heart. Her knowledge is thorough and accurate. But her heart is in it for each parent (and their kid) and it inspires. She approaches each encounter with care and intention.
You can't put a price on inspiration!"

"Kristina is one-of-a-kind. After one meeting, I came away with loads of intel on the local theatre scene for my 11-year-old budding actor.
The prescriptive advice on programs to consider, theatres to follow, skills to grow, and even resources for resumes and headshots was unmatched. I left feeling confident and prepared to etch out next steps for my daughter as she pursues acting.
Plus as a Mom of a young actor herself, she “gets” it. She understands the commitment, dedication, and messiness of life with a determined theatre kid in the family. Kristina’s expertise shines through her deep knowledge AND her heart."
